Biografia:
Praticamente todas as bandas de Lord Sutch se chamaram the Savages, todavia foram as primeiras formações as que mais marcaram época. Formados em fevereiro de 1960, the Savages era realmente selvagem, com um som consideravelmente pesado, mesmo que envolto em uma estética de teatro de horrores. Neste sentido, Sutch antecipa Alice Cooper em quase dez anos. Embora the Savages não iria deslanchar e ser lembrado pela historia como um dos grandes, vários de seus músicos acabariam ganhando algum reconhecimento internacional.

reference to the so called leather apron suspect who had proved not to be Jack.
