Biografia:
Scott Andrew Moffatt nasceu em 30 de março de 1983 em Whitehorse, Yukon. Dentro de um ano após o seu nascimento, ele se tornou um grande irmão para os trigêmeos Clint, Bob e Dave. Ainda criança, Scott fez algumas fotos para um catálogo e comprou sua primeira guitarra com o seu salário na época ele tinha seis anos de idade.
Em 1993, The Moffatts lançou seu primeiro CD independente e logo depois tornaram se a banda mais jovem a assinar um contrato com uma grande gravadora.
