Biografia:
Samestate é uma banda de rock alternativo formada por cinco rapazes: Darren Harms (vocalista e guitarrista), Dalton Diehl (guitarrista e compositor), Ryan Lytle (baixista), Raymond Wyatt (guitarrista e tecladista) e Blake Leoni (baterista). Cada membro tem diferentes influências musicais e as mesclam para criar um som infeccioso e acessível.
A banda se iniciou em 2008 na MidAmerica Nazarene University em Olathe, KS.
