Biografia:
Samantha Jade Gibbs (nascida em 18 de abril de 1987) é uma cantora e compositora australiana. Natural de Perth, ela começou a cantar aos nove anos idade. Jade se mudou para os Estados Unidos em 2003 com o intuito de seguir uma carreira musical. Em 2004, a cantora assinou um contrato com a gravadora Jive Records. Durante a produção do seu primeiro álbum My Name is Samantha Jade, Jade participou da trilha sonora do filme Step Up (2006) ao gravar a faixa-título "Step Up", lançada como o primeiro single da cantora.
