Robert Charles Durman Mitchum (n. 6 de agosto de 1917 - m. 1 de julio de 1997) fue un actor de cine y cantante estadounidense nominado al premio Oscar. Mitchum es recordado principalmente por sus papeles como protagonista en algunas de las obras más importantes del género conocido como cine negro, y considerado como el precursor del antihéroe prevalente en el cine de los años 1950 y 1960.
