Paul Overstreet é um cantor e compositor de musica country e gospel nascido no estado de Mississippi nos Estados Unidos da America.
Ele é melhor conhecido por suas composições como as músicas "Forever and Ever, Amen," e "On The Other Hand" que se tornaram hits gravados pelo cantor Randy Travis.
