Syvan Meller (nascida em 14 de julho de 1994), conhecida profissionalmente como Petite Meller, é uma cantora, compositora e modelo francesa. Seu álbum de estréia, Lil Empire, foi lançado em 9 de setembro de 2016.
Meller nasceu em Paris, na França, e se mudou para Tel Aviv, Israel, quando tinha 11 anos. Ao crescer, dividia seu tempo entre Israel e Paris, onde ficava com a avó. Durante as férias da família, Meller sofreu queimaduras graves no rosto e no corpo.
