Owen Paul (nascido Owen Paul McGee, 1 de Maio de 1962, em Glasgow), é um cantor escocês, mais conhecido pelo seu single de 1986 "My Favourite Waste Of Time", uma cover de uma canção originalmente escrita e gravada pelo cantor e compositor americano Marshall Crenshaw.
Na sua juventude, Paul jogou nos escalões jovens do Celtic Football Club mas após ouvir os Sex Pistols decidiu perseguir a carreira musical. Depois de lançar alguns singles ele teve um desentendimento com a sua editora
