Biografia:
Northside fue una banda británica de la escena indie fundada en Manchester en 1989.
Unicamente grabaron un álbum, Chicken Rhythms, con la mítica discográfica Factory Records en 1991.
Northside fue formada originalmente por el vocalista Warren "Dermo" Dermody y el bajista Cliff Ogier. Posteriormente se unirían Michael Upton /artist] (Guitarra) y Paul Walsh (Batería). Upton fue reemplazado por Timmy Walsh entes de la grabación del primer single de la banda Shall We Take A Trip.
