Biografia:
Mark Allen Mothersbaugh (18 de Maio de 1950, em Akron, Ohio) é um músico, compositor, cantor e pintor americano.
Mothersbaugh desenvolveu uma carreira de muito sucesso como compositor de trilhas sonoras de cinema e televisão. No cinema, o músico trabalha constantemente com o diretor Wes Anderson, para quem já compôs as trilhas de muitos de seus filmes (Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, e The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou).
