Biografia:
Mariee Sioux, nascida em 4 de fevereiro de 1985, é uma cantora de folk, psych folk e indie folk de Nevada City, Califórnia - Estados Unidos. Seu pai é músico, toca bandolim e é descendente de poloneses e húngaros, enquanto sua mãe é descendente de espanhóis e indígenas do México.
Aos 17 anos, Mariee se alistou como voluntária para ajudar crianças indígenas na Patagônia, onde aprendeu sozinha a tocar violão, instrumento em que é exímia.
