Loney, Dear é o pseudónimo do sueco singer-songwriter e multi-instrumentista Emil Svanängen. He has self-released four albums of music in his native Sweden . Ele tem auto-lançado quatro álbuns de música em sua nativa Suécia. His first major release came in February, 2007 in the US when Sub Pop re-issued his latest album Loney, Noir .
