Biografia:
Andrew Mayer Cohen, conhecido como Mayer Hawthorne é um cantor, compositor, produtor, arranjador, DJ e multi-instrumentista norte-americano de Soul, nascido no dia 2 de Fevereiro de 1979. Começou sua carreira ainda na adolescência, mas obteve seu primeiro disco e contrato com uma gravadora como profissional em 2009. Seu primeiro álbum chamado A Strange Arrangement, é uma perfeita mistura do soul dos anos 60 e 70 com leves batidas atuais.
Cresceu em Ann Arbor, Michigan, Estados Unidos, nos arredores de Detroit.
