Biografia:
Shane Steven Filan (05 de Julho de 1979, em Sligo, na Irlanda) é cantor e compositor e atualmente é vocalista na banda pop irlandesa Westlife. Shane é um dos 4 membros originais da banda Westlife e encontra-se na banda com os demais integrantes Kian Egan, Mark Feehily e Nicky Byrne. Antes do Westlife, Kian Egan e Mark Feehily estavam com Shane em uma banda chamada I.O.U. com outros Siligonianos Derek Lacey, Graham Keighron e Michael "Miggles" Garrett.
