Scott Stapp é o vocalista da banda Creed.
Além da banda (Creed), o Scott teve tempo para suas outras paixões. A música With Arms Wide Open foi composta para seu filho Jagger, quando o mesmo descobriu que iria ser pai pela primeira vez em 1998, a música em 2001 ganhou o Grammy. A balada de rock também se tornou nome de uma fundação beneficente: a With Arms Wide Open Foundation,foi criada com o intuito de proteger a vida e o bem-estar de crianças. WAWOF foi uma das muitas caridades que o Stapp fez parte.
