John Paul Larkin, El Monte, Califórnia, 13 de março de 1942 – Los Angeles, 3 de dezembro de 1999), mais conhecido como Scatman John (algumas vezes creditado - chamado - como John Scatman internacionalmente) foi um famoso músico gago de jazz que criou uma fusão única de *scat singing* e techno, famoso por seu hit de 1994 "Scatman (Ski Ba Bop Ba Dop Bop)". No dia 3 de dezembro de 1999, faleceu aos 57 anos de câncer pulmonar.
