Nik Kershaw (nascido Nicholas David Kershaw, 1 Março de 1958, Bristol, Inglaterra) é um cantor e compositor inglês, popular nos anos 80.
Apesar de ter nascido em Bristol, Kershaw cresceu em Ipswich e depois de deixar a escola secundária de Northgate em 1976, Kershaw trabalhou numa loja e no Departamento de Emprego durante vários anos, nos quais ele tocava guitarra e cantava numa série de bandas underground de Ipswich.
