Mathangi "Maya" Arulpragasam, (18 de julho de 1975 / Hounslow, Londres) é uma artista britânica de ascendência tâmil.
Seu estilo inclui elementos de electronic, alternative, dance, hip hop e world music e é fortemente influenciado pela sua experiência no Sri Lanka.
Ainda bebê ela e a família se mudaram para seu país de origem, o Sri Lanka, onde seu pai tornou-se politicamente ativo no grupo separatista LTTE (Tigres de Liberação do Tamil Eelam), lutando pela criação de um Estado independente para a minoria tâmil no Sri Lanka.
