Love and Theft é um trio de música country americano formado em Nashville, Tennesse em 2006. O Grupo é formado por Brian Bandas, Stephen Barker Liles e Eric Gunderson, todos eles cantam e tocam. O grupo estreou em 2009 com o single "Runaway" que chegou ao top 10 no Hot Country Song da Billboard. O primeiro álbum da banda se chama World Wide Open foi lançado em 25 de abril de 2009.
