Biografia:
A banda foi formada no bairro pesado do Brooklyn, em Nova York, em 1983. O seu line-up inicial contava com Mike Tramp (lead vocals), que era um Dinamarquês americanizado, Vito Bratta (guitar), Dave Capozzi (drums) e Felix Robinson (bass). Felix era o mais experiente, já que vinha do Angel, banda por onde passou também o tecladista Greg Giuffria .
A Elektra records nesta época estava contratando bandas de hard aos montes. Além do seu cast já contar com Motley Crue e Dokken, eles queriam mais.
