Biografia:
O vocalista do Montezumas Kristian Matsson começou a gravar um set de sons rústicos e de voz grave, que lembravam os parceiros suecos Homesick Hank e Thomas Denver Jonsson, sob o nome de artista solo The Tallest Man On Earth no começo dos anos 2000. Seu EP de estreia auto-intitulado foi lançado na Gravitation Records da Suécia em 2006. O single "Pistol Dreams" foi lançado um ano depois, liderando o lançamento do primeiro álbum do The Tallest Man On Earth, Shallow Grave, que chegou às lojas em 2008.
