Biografia:
Juan Carlos Pereda Velasco é um cantor/compositor mexicano de música experimental que nasceu no dia 24 de janeiro de 1984, em Guadalajara, México. Destaca-se sua participação no grupo de rock alternativo Porter e atualmente possui um projeto solo sob o pseudônimo Juan Son.
Em 2003 foi à Londres para estudar canto e voltou em 2004 ao México para formar o grupo Porter, com o qual conseguiu grande reconhecimento nacional. Apenas um EP e um álbum foram suficientes para gerar interesse em realizar uma turnê pelo território mexicano
