Biografia:
John Renbourn é guitarrista e compositor inglês. É mais conhecido por sua parceria com o guitarrista Bert Jansch, bem como o seu trabalho com o grupo folk Pentangle, embora tenha mantido uma carreira solo, tanto antes, durante e depois que a existência da banda (1967-1973).
Embora mais comumente rotulado como um músico folk, gostos musicais e interesses Renbourn levar em música antiga, música clássica, blues e música do mundo. Seu álbum mais influente, Sir John Alot (1968), apresentou o sua versão em canções da era medieval.
