Biografia:
Groundswell foi o primeiro nome da banda Three Days Grace, que mudou o nome oficialmente em 1997. Foi criada em 1992, e era um quinteto.
Com os membros do 3DG: Adam Gontier (vocal), Neil Sanderson (bateria e vocal de fundo), Brad Walst (baixo), e outros dois membros, Phil Crowe e Joe Grant, ambos na guitarra.
Todos eram amigos de escola e começaram a banda aos 14 anos, e lançando o primeiro e único álbum Wave of Popular Feeling, em 1995.
Lançou os singles: Eddie, Poison Ivy e Stare.
