Biografia:
Em 1993, após pequenos projetos, Sean Dowdell e Chester Bennington resolveram formar uma banda, a Grey Daze, e juntos lançaram 2 álbuns. Tocavam Grunge, e em seus shows, costumavam fazer covers do Stone Temple Pilots e Alice In Chains.
Em 1998, a banda teve desentendimentos musicais, desencadiando em seu fim. Chester e Sean ficaram com os direitos autororais sobre todas as músicas, por terem sido os únicos compositores.
