Biografia:
Gene Vincent ou Eugene Vincent Craddock (11 de fevereiro de 1935 - 12 de outubro de 1971) foi um músico norte-americano de rockabilly, mais conhecido por seu sucesso "Be-Bop-A-Lula". Ele começou sua carreira tocando em diversas bandas de música country em Norfolk, Virgínia, um dos primeiros se não o primeiro a introduzir a guitarra eletrica fender stratocaster. Serviu a Marinha onde sofreu uma permanente lesão na perna. Ele assinou contrato com a Capitol Records com sua banda de apoio, The Blue Caps.
