Biografia:
No início dos anos 70, a música progressiva alemã se tornou conhecida na Europa e nos Estados Unidos como "Krautrock", um apelido pejorativo cunhado pela imprensa inglesa quando a Virgin e a United Artists começaram a contratar grupos da Alemanha. O gênero se mostrou lucrativo, mas, rapidamente, acabou associado a artistas que não tinham a mesma visão vanguardista do rock como os da primeira onda de bandas Krautrock.
