Biografia:
Eternal Tears of Sorrow (freqüentemente abreviado para EToS) é uma banda de melodic death metal que incorpora elementos de symphonic metal. A banda se formou em Pudasjärvi na Ostrobotinia do Norte na Finlândia do Norte.
A banda foi formada oficialmente em 1994 por Jarmo Puolakanaho, Altti Veteläinen e Olli-Pekka Törrö, depois de vários outros projetos de metal (Andromeda, MDC, DWN) entre 1991 e 1994, envolvendo alguns ou os esses três membros.
