Elyar Afshari (nascido em 15 julho de 1995), mais conhecido pelo seu nome artístico Elyar Fox, é um
cantor pop britânico, músico e compositor. Seu single de estréia "Do It All Over Again", foi lançado em janeiro de 2014, chegando ao número 5 no UK Singles Chart. Seus fãs são chamados de "Foxers".
Nascido em Ealing, Londres como Elyar Afshari de uma mãe e um pai Inglês Azerbaijão , e cresceu em Greenford, em Londres, ele foi educado na Escola Primária Costons então Queensmead School. Ele tem um irmão mais velho.
