Edgar Holland Winter (nascido em 28 de dezembro de 1946, em Beaumont (Texas)) é um músico americano que teve êxito significativo nos anos 1970 e 1980. Edgar é um multi-instrumentista, exercendo sobre os teclados, e como uma vocalista, saxofonista e percussionista, bem versado em jazz, blues e rock. Tal como acontece com o seu irmão, Johnny Winter, ele também é facilmente identificado pelo seu albinismo.
