Biografia:
Down By Law é uma banda de Punk formada em meados de 1990.
O Vocalista e Guitarrista Dave Smalley do Dag Nasty se uniu a membros da banda Chemical People para o primeiro álbum e passou por diversas trocas de integrantes através dos anos.Inicialmente na gravadora Epitaph Records que lançou seu primeiro álbum "Down By Law" e também todos os outros albúns até "Last Of The Sharpshooters" em 1997.Logo após, passaram um breve tempo na gravadora Go-Kart Records aonde lançaram "Fly The Flag" em 1999.
