Biografia:
O Conception é uma banda norueguesa de PROGMETAL, mas isso não é o suficiente para explicar o que esta banda é. Para começar a entender, o Conception é a primeira banda do vocalista Roy Khan, que destacou-se na banda Kamelot, onde permaneceu até 2011 e do guitarrista Tore Ostby, que brilhou ao lado de Jorn Lande no ARK.
O som feito pela banda é complexo e com muitas influências distintas, indo do metal clássico e direto até música tradicional espanhola, com muito peso e vocais inspirados.
