Biografia:
Century foi uma banda francesa da década de 1980 de rock formada em Marselha em 1979. Liderada pelo cantor e compositor Jean Duperron, Century é provavelmente mais conhecida pelo single "Lover Why" do álbum And Soul it Goes em 1985. No Brasil o grupo teve três grandes sucessos: "Lover why", "Jane" e "Gone with the winner" (em ordem cronológica).
As músicas "Gone With the Winner" e "Lover why" foram temas de novelas da Rede Globo. A primeira foi tema de"Hipertensão" (1986-1987)
