Biografia:
Calla foi formado na cidade de Nova York, em 1997, por Aurelio Valle (guitarra, vocais), Sean Donovan (baixo, teclados, programação), e Wayne B. Magruder (percussão, programação), acrescentando Peter Gannon, em 2003, e Sean Donovan partem em 2004 . No entanto, as origens da banda podem ser atribuída ao Texas, em 1993, quando Valle, Magruder e Gannon começaram a tocar em conjunto no Denton band, The Factory Press. migrou para Nova York em 1995, e gravandoThe Smoky Ends of a Burnt out Day com produtores Kid Congo Powers e Matt Verta-Ray.
