Na sua mais tenra adolescência o esperançoso Andy Kim saiu de Montreal com destino a Nova Iorque, aonde chegou portando apenas US$ 40,00 (quarenta dólares) no bolso e sem idéia alguma de como alcançar o seu sonho de se tornar um compositor.
