Biografia:
Amaranthe, anteriormente chamada Avalanche, é uma banda sueca-dinamarquesa de trance death metal formada em Gotemburgo, SWE em 2008 por Jake E e Olof Mörck (Dragonland, Nightrage). O "projeto" Avalanche começou a tomar forma quando os cantores Elize Ryd e Andy Solvestrom , o bateirista Morten Lowe e o baixista Johan se juntaram à banda. Com essa formação, a banda lançou, em 2008, uma demo em sua página no MySpace denominada "Leave Everything Behind"
