Uma banda psicodélica obscura com sede em Oregon, Afterglow lançou apenas um álbum em 1968 antes de desaparecer. De Afterglow liberação solitário, de mesmo nome foi como uma espécie de amostrador de estilos psicodélicas americanos, com canções que lembravam não só os Doors e Jefferson Airplane , mas também os Byrds , Donovan e bandas de garagem trippy-psicodélica como o Strawberry Alarm Clock .
