Heartless Bastards, é um trio de Cincinnati, Ohio, que conta com Erika Wennerstrom nos vocais, piano e guitarra, Dave Colvin na bateria e Jesse Ebaugh no baixo. O grupo, que tem as suas origens em 2003, já começou a dar nas vistas no final de 2004, e apesar de algumas mudanças na formação desde essa época, mantém as suas bases no blues, no folk com o rock independente nas veias.
