Katelyn Marie Tarver nasceu em 2 de Novemvbro de 1989 na cidade Glennville, uma pequena cidade no sul da Georgia, seus pais sempre acreditaram em seu pontencial, com 14 anos de idade ela ganhou o American Juniors. Ela não só canta muito bem, mas dança tbm.
Katelyn promete ser a mais nova geração da musica pop.
Seu sucesso vem sendo encaminhado por seus incriveis singles Rain, I'll Make It Real e Wonderfull Crazy.
