Biografia:
Julie Andrews (Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, 1 de outubro de 1935) é uma atriz inglesa.
Começou sua vida artística em apresentações para as tropas britânicas durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial. Com grandes habilidades vocais (sua voz de soprano variava de C3 a E7 4 oitavos), estreou nos palcos em 1947, no West End de Londres. Sua estréia nos palcos da Broadway aconteceu em 1954, em The Boyfriend.
Depois disso continuou no teatro (em My Fair Lady e Camelot) e em participações na televisão até 1964
