Joseph Lewis Thomas (5 de julho de 1973 em Columbus, Georgia) é um cantor americano de R&B e produtor musical. É conhecido pelo seu nome artistico Joe. De 1993 a 2009 lançou oito álbuns de músicas inéditas, uma coletânea e dois álbuns com músicas de natal.
Seu álbum de maior sucesso foi o "My Name Is Joe" de 2000, que chegou à 2ª posição na Billboard 200, conseguindo, com esse álbum, ter dois singles no Top 10 da Billboard 100: "I Wanna Know" e "Slutter".
