Biografia:
Golden Earring é uma banda de (hard)rock dos Países Baixos.Fundada em 1961 (na época chamada de "Golden Earrings" sendo o 's' retirado em 1969) pelos amigos George Kooymans (guitarra/vocais) e Rinus Gerritsen (baixo/teclados/vocais). Ápós muitos anos e trocas sucessivas de formações, emplacaram seu primeiro grande hit na parada holandesa em 1965 - 'Please go' - e seu segundo single, 'That Day'(1966), foi um enorme sucesso naquele país sendo batido somente por 'Michelle' da The Beatles.
