Biografia:
Funkadelic foi uma banda americana dos anos 70. Juntamente com Parliament, ambas lideradas por George Clinton, foram as precursoras do P-Funk. Teve origem em 1964, como banda de acompanhamento de Parliament, altura em que ainda não tinha nome. O seu terceiro álbum, Maggot Brain, é até hoje aclamado por críticos e fãs como um dos maiores da história da música psicodélica, do soul e do funk. Maggot Brain foi listado pela Rolling Stone como um dos 500 maiores álbuns de todos os tempos.
