Biografia:
Empire of The Sun é uma banda australiana composta por Luke Steele (oriundo da banda Sleepy Jackson) e Nick Littlemore (da dupla PNAU). Seu álbum de estreia, Walking on a Dream, foi lançado apenas em terras australianas, mas já despertou a atenção da crítica especializada devido à sua sonoridade, que lembra muito o MGMT (uma das bandas-revelação de 2008) e por seu estilo, diga-se de passagem, extravagante. E tal estilo também reflecte na capa do primeiro álbum, uma justa homenagem à série de filmes Star Wars.
