Biografia:
Chairlift é um duo pop eletronico americano formado no Brooklyn, Nova York.
A banda consiste nos membros Caroline Polachek (composições, vocals, pandeiro, sintetizadores) e Patrick Wimberly (bateria, guitarra, baixo, teclado, produção). Ex-membro, Aaron Pfenning deixou o Chairlift em 2010 pra prosseguir em sua carreira solo em Rewards.
Chairlift formou-se incialmente como um projeto entre Aaron Pfenning e Caroline Polachek na Universidade do Colorado, em outubro de 2005.
