Biografia:
A banda Carpark North foi formada em Aarhus, 28 Julho de 1999 por Lau Højen (vocais, guitarra), Søren Balsner (baixo, sintetizadores) e Morten Thorhauge (bateria). O ponto de partida foi uma criação de música, que contia uma mistura de todas suas diferentes fontes de inspiração - que como Björk, Police, Vangelis, Depeche Mode, Eggstone, Mozart, Kraftwerk e The Beatles.
A banda foi a primeira na Dinamarca para apresentar o gênero Electro Rock para um público amplo.
