Born Ruffians é uma banda de rock indie canadense. Seus membros são Luke Lalonde (guitarra e vocais), Mitch Derosier (baixo) e Steven Hamelin (bateria).
A originalidade é a marca principal dos Born Ruffians, que percorrem o caminho da inovação que os Vampire Weekend e The Fiery Furnaces têm seguido. A exploração dos limites é constante e a desobediência é (mesmo) a chave que abre as portas da criatividade. O charme dos Born Ruffians está no fato de não se levarem muito a sério e de haver uma aura muito juvenil à sua volta.
