Biografia:
Boris ( Borisu, em japonês) é uma banda de drone e noise rock formada em 1992 que combina diferentes estilos musicais, como sludge metal, experimental, psychedelic rock, ambient e pop rock. O nome da banda foi tirado de uma música do Melvins, do álbum Bullhead.
O grupo, que nasceu em Tóquio, Japão, já lançou 17 álbums de estúdio, vários EP's e participou de várias coletâneas. Suas músicas mais populares são Spoon, Pink, e Farewell.
