Biografia:
Black Kids foi criada em março de 2006 na cidade de Jacksonville, Florida. É formada pelo vocalista e guitarrista Reggie Youngblood, Kevin Snow na bateria, Owen Holmes no baixo, Ali Youngblood (irmã de Reggie) e Dawn Watley nos teclados e vocais. A banda lançou um EP em agosto de 2007, com quatro faixas demos, chamado Wizard of Ahhhs. Em julho de 2008 lançaram seu primeiro álbum chamado Partie Traumatic. O álbum possuiu três singles: "I'm Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How to Dance with You"
