Biografia:
Basement é uma banda britânica de rock alternativo formada em 2009, na cidade de Ipswich, Inglaterra. A banda foi fortemente influenciada pelo Hardcore e o Punk; nomes como Sunny Day Real Estate e Jets To Brazil são tidos como as principais influências.
A Basement foi formada em uma pequena cidade britânica "onde, literalmente, não tinha nada para fazer", de acordo com o guitarrista Alex Henery. A banda foi vista por seus próprios membros como uma válvula de escape para a criatividade musical conjunta.
